3. Objectives
Your design entries can include a wide range of elements, such as gates, fences, wind umbrellas, handrails, stairs, and other related components. Feel free to submit a single product or an entire set of designs. Let your imagination run wild!
4. Submission Requirements
To complete your entry, make sure to provide the following documents:
- A set of drawings (in A3 size) showcasing your ideas, themes, and sketches, along with explanations and perspectives. These should be neatly bound in a book.
- Complete personal/group information of the participants, as per the exam registration form.
- A CD/DVD containing all the content of your profile.

Important Dates
The contest “Design of Iron Art Billboards 2016” began on January 18, 2016, and will follow the following schedule:
Stage 1:
Spread the word and start accepting entries from January 18, 2016, to April 11, 2016.
Stage 2:
- Round 1: Announce the top 20 excellent works of the contest from April 14, 2015, to April 20, 2016. The organizers will provide a specific time and place for contestants to exchange experiences with each other. The BTC will also provide training and a basic introduction to the materials and production technology of Iron-Metal. Candidates will have the opportunity to discuss the strengths and weaknesses of their entries, and those who need to modify or add details will have 5 days to submit their revised entries.
- Round 2: BTC will select the top 10 entries from round 1 to proceed to the final round.
- Final Round: Contestants will have the chance to present their work to the judges, and the award ceremony will take place on the same day.
